contact committeeTemperatures used to create the graph are readings taken from the water intake at the Penn Yan water treatment plant located on the east branch approximately 20 feet down. Each point, is calculated as a 5 day moving average.
As anyone who swims in Keuka knows, temperature can vary significantly throughout the lake at any given time.
